I'd gone once about ten years ago, but I had my boys with me and they were very small so we didn't plan to ride many coasters, and I'm not even sure Quick Queue was a thing. On some rides you go in the general line, but then split off early on, following a different path.Īnd on a few rides there is a separate entrance altogether.īasically it feels very haphazard, though I'm sure you'll get used to it quickly, especially if you've been to the park more than a few times in the last decade. On some rides you simply go in the exit (I'd say this is a majority of the rides) and it feels very odd walking against the flow of traffic as you encounter people getting off the ride you are trying to get on. This was the single weirdest thing to deal with when purchasing the Sea World San Antonio Quick Queue Pass, finding the line.Īs I said, it's not like Disney, and that's because, for the most part, the lines for the Quick Queue are not separate from the regular line. We used something like this, cheap and simple. It's easy enough to fold your Quick Queue paper and slip it inside the holder so you can just flash that lanyard whenever you need to, and you can tuck it into your shirt on the wilder rides. I recommend grabbing a lanyard with a clear laminate card holder. Often times the scanner machines will be down though, so you'll need to be able to quickly show them the printed pass with the date clearly visible. Your Quick Queue paper will have a barcode on it and you will need to show that to the line attendants so they can scan it. This is different that Disney World where your Fast Pass is loaded into your Magic Band. The first thing to know is that you will need to have your Quick Queue pass printed out and on your person at all times. We quickly realized that they are all very similar, and also all a little bit different. When we went to Disneyland in California we didn't go to Seaworld at all, instead opting for Knott's Berry Farm, who had their own version. We had been to Seaworld Orlando a couple of times, but normally just for a single day visit in between hitting all the Disney parks. Since I was so used to going to Disney and using their Fast Pass system I hadn't had a lot of experience with other forms of the same thing. TY WRITES BOOKS FOR KIDS WHO LOVE ROBLOX AND MINECRAFT ![]() So, if you are going at peak time, I recommend purchasing online, in advance. The only thing I'd say is that, if you're going during a busy period (holidays or during summer vacation), the number of tickets and Quick Queue passes sold will be limited and could sell out before you get there. There are kiosks at the front and lots of people to help. You can buy park tickets and Quick Queue passes at the park when you arrive. One question I've gotten a lot is "C an you buy quick queue at seaworld?" The answer is yes. Once you've completed the order online you can print your tickets and carry them with you to the park. This is in addition to the park ticket price, which for us was $69.99 per person. Even with us, homeschooling since before the pandemic made it a normal thing, our off season travels aren't quite off season enough, so we paid $24.99 per person. The prices start at $19.99 and go up from there, but you're generally not going to find the $19.99 price unless you travel in the off season. These addons will include things like all day dining, shark experiences, dolphin encounters, and of course Quick Queue. Purchase your ticket and then it should direct you (below your purchase) to addons you can purchase. I'm not even sure you can purchase Seaworld San Antonio Quick Queue without selecting a specific date, unlike a general admission ticket. ![]() You can buy an open ended ticket, but they cost more, so if it's better if you know the date you want to go. Seaworld (like many theme parks now) sells tickets based on the date. It's quite simple to log into the Seaworld website (make sure you pick the right park so you don't end up with tickets to Orlando or another city) and add your tickets to your cart. I purchased the Seaworld tickets for Mom and I, so I handled everything with Quick Queue. I'm going to take you through the process just in case you aren't sure how it works.
